Description
The maintenance, Janitor will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to assure a clean and safe work environment. This will include both indoor building and outdoor grounds tasks.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust indoors.
- Shovel, mow, weed, and maintain external grounds.
- Perform minor repairs and communicate major repairs to managers
- Complete tasks timely and efficiently.
- Ensure doors and cabinets are locked
- Assist with routine deliveries. Organize and maintain closets and storage units.
- Stock items as required around facility.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift minimum of 25lbs
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment
- Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
