Control Operators
Description
The control operators will work to maintain all electronic and mechanical throughput activities by working with computer and diagnostic software tools. The operators will maintain and update control procedures necessary to achieve required throughput volumes. The control operator analyses and resolves issues and communicates the results through multiple reporting mediums.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update company Standard Operating Procedures for change in process or technology.
- Maintain operations throughput by monitoring error and stoppage messages, observing peripheral equipment and making process adjustments.
- Trouble shoot malfunctions and communicate daily with Plant Manager and Mechanical Maintenance staff.
- Maintain incident and error logs for all mechanical equipment.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Management and DEP compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years experience working with IT operation control systems (SCADA)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic desktop skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
